Studio and Editing Facilities

Our studio is equipped with the same professional equipment as can be found in a television broadcasting studio.

Our studio is about the same size as a news studio and is used mostly for the filming of the NU-SAT program NU News.  In October we will be having the school festival executive committees from each of the colleges get together for the live broadcast of “School Festival News”.

There are times when the studio is also used for individual college purposes, such as the Institute of Continuing Education's remote guidance program or for training in the College of Art.

The editing and auxiliary editing rooms are used for the editing of programs and transmission and operation of broadcasting the signal.

Multimedia Lab

The Multimedia Lab provides equipment for editing, modifying, and the input of materials ranging from moving images to still images to sounds and words. It is used for the NU-SAT internet server, the production of the VOD services, and much more.

The lab was opened to serve as a facility for the joint use of both students and faculty.

AV Room

This is our Audiovisual Room.  From DVDs and videos to satellite broadcasts and Hi-Vision broadcasts to computer monitor displays, all different kinds of media images can be viewed on the AV Room's large screen. The room is also used for giving presentations and more.
