The Graduate School of Business is committed to meeting the needs of the changing global business environment. It aims to nurture leaders in international business who can recognize, analyze, and solve management problems.

The school's global management specialization was founded in September 1999 in Tokyo as a two-year MBA Program offered in a semester format accepting 25 students each every semester (admission in April and September). 20 full-time and 40 part-time faculty members and 30 visiting professors ensure a near 1:1 teacher-to-student ratio for practical and up-to-date education for the business world in the following 5 courses:

Executive Manager's Course: Development of middle managers that will lead companies engaged in international business.
Small and Medium Enterprise Management Course: Nurturing of managers, entrepreneurs and business consultant of small and medium enterprises. Venture Business Course: Development of successful entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.
Health and Social Care Course: Preparation and training of managers to meet the needs of companies such as medical, insurance, social welfare and related services. Technology Management Course: Development of individuals who can create new technology-oriented businesses.
